SHIPPING POLICY
UK Orders

FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY - on orders over £60 (UK Mainland only)
Orders Under £60 - Royal Mail - £3.49 - 3-5 Working Days, DPD - £5.99 - 1-2 Working Days

We use the following Couriers:
Royal Mail - Tracked 24 Service
DPD - Larger Items with a higher value, Next Working Day
​
*Please note that Bespoke and Personalised Products can take up to 14 days.

Europe & Overseas Shipping
​
Europe - Standard Service (1-7 Days) £10.00
Rest of the World - Standard Service - (7-14 Days) £15.00

** Unfortunately, we don't usually ship our Hampers overseas as not cost effective to the customer. However, if you'd like us to get you a quote, we'd be happy to do so.

All orders will be despatched using our chosen courier service within 1-3 days of your order being placed. Please be aware that orders will not be dispatched over the weekend or a public holiday.

You will be sent a despatch note with estimated delivery date and tracking number, if applicable.
​
Parcels will require a signature on arrival. In the event that no-one is available to sign for the goods, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary re-delivery information. Please note we do not accept responsibility for this.

Please note that International orders may be subject to charges applied at customs. You will be responsible for these charges; we have no control over them and cannot predict the amount, if any.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in the original condition with the despatch note. If you need to exchange an item due to sizing, please return the product to us in the original condition with the dispatch note and a full exchange requirements.

All goods must be returned to us within 14 day for full refund or exchange. Please note you will be responsible for the postage costs and we advise you use a tracking service and obtain proof of postage.

Bespoke items and made to measure or personalised items are not eligible for a refund unless they product is faulty on our part. Please email us in the first instance on enquiries@squeakys.co.uk.

Unfortunately we cannot replace or refund items that have been chewed or destroyed by your dog (or dogs friend).

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on Cookie Jars.

All refunds will be processed using the same method as original payment.
