If you have any questions or queries, do get in contact with us and we are happy to help.  However, have a little look below to see if they have already been covered.

  • Do you offer free returns?
    Unfortunately we do not refund the cost of the postage, unless the refund is due to a faulty or damaged item.
  • Do I have to pay postage to exchange?
    like all returns, we do not cover the cost of postage unless the item is faulty or damaged. Ordered paid for using PayPal can claim back the postage of return directly from PayPal.
  • Where should I return my order?

  • How long does it take to process my return?
    We endeavour to process returns as soon as possible, it can take up to 7 days when we are very busy or a made-to-order product.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    If its an off the shelf product, we will process immediately and be sent out the next working day. We will send you an email noticiation when it has been despatched with a tracking reference. If your product is bespoke or made-to-order, expect despatch between 3-5 days.
  • I would like to speak to someone in person, how can I do that?"
    We are always happy to help as much as we can. We are available Mon- Fri 09.00 - 17.00pm. We are a very hands-on team and do not have a dedicated person answering the phone. If we are busy with other clients, please leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
